Refund Policy

At Zyra Drip, we do not offer refunds on any products sold. Once a product is purchased, it can only be exchanged for a replacement or a credit note, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below. Please note that exchanges are not available for crop tops or baby tees.

Warranty & Returns

Under Zyra Drip's rules and regulations, returns are not accepted for the following reasons:

  • Changed your mind

  • Ordered the wrong product

  • Found the product cheaper elsewhere

  • Sizing issues

  • Damaged the product through misuse (e.g., dropping ink on your t-shirt)

  • Used the product for an extended period resulting in wear and tear

Please review our policy and check with us before initiating a return.

Pre-Purchase Assistance

If you are unsure about any aspect of your purchase, our friendly and knowledgeable sales staff are available via email and chat to help you make the best choice. We encourage you to reach out for personalized recommendations and clarification on product features.

Order Adjustment

If you realize there is a mistake in your order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase via email or chat. Our customer care team will assist you with the process.

Exceptions to 'Change of Mind' Returns

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Dissatisfaction with a non-faulty finish

  • Bulk orders (quantities of 5+)

  • Limited edition items

  • Customized items

  • Sizing issues (please refer to the size chart before placing your order)

  • Incorrect color orders (unless there was an error on our part)

Conditions for 'Change of Mind' Returns

If your return meets the conditions outlined, you may opt for a replacement or a credit note.

For credit notes (including exchanges), the value will be the full amount paid minus any shipping costs. Credit notes are valid for six months, and any unused credit can be refunded minus a 20% restocking fee.

Order Cancellation

Order cancellations are subject to the following conditions:

  • Before Processing and Packing: Requests will be processed with a full refund or credit (your choice).

  • After Processing and Packing: Requests may receive a full credit note or a refund with a 10% restocking fee (your choice).

  • Pre-Order or Out-of-Stock Items: No fees apply.

  • After Dispatch: Full Change of Mind conditions apply. You must request a return as soon as possible.

Once your return has been processed and received, our service team will inspect the items to ensure they meet the conditions. Upon confirmation, your replacement or credit note will be issued promptly.
